Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I modify the panorama size by dragging its borders?

Dragging the window border only works if the zoom is 100% or more. If the zoom is less than 100% the panorama window cannot be resized by dragging its borders. Always use the button in the toolbar to modify the panorama size when the zoom is less than 100% or to reduce the zoom to less than 100%.

After I click a link to a webpage or other program the panorama disappears from the screen. What is happening?

The panorama automatically is minimized after a link is clicked. Click the panorama icon on the Windows taskbar to restore its window.

How can I switch between automatic and manual scrolling, or stop the scrolling if the toolbar is hidden?

Click-right on the panorama to stop/continue the automatic scrolling.

The panorama is moving very slowly. How can I speed up the scrolling?

Modify the predefined values for automatic scrolling or select a faster Resizing filter (both options are in Advanced tab).

How big can be a panorama?
