The executable panorama files created with Pano2exe play the specified sound file, when they run.
Be aware that depending on which version of Windows Media Player is installed, the panorama may be able to play or not some sound files. Pano2exe uses Media Player engine to play the sounds, so if Media Player can play the sound also Pano2exe can.
WAV and MIDI files may be played by any computer with a sound card, but MP3 and other type of sounds may not be played unless a relatively new version of Media Player is installed.
The sound file name you want to play should be specified in the Main tab. Click on the Open... button, as shown below, to select it.

The sound file will be included into the panorama file, but if you want to keep the file as an external one move the file to other place while creating the panorama, so Pano2exe cannot catch it. Of course, in such case, afterwards you should include the sound file in the installation or place it either in its original location or in the same folder than the panorama.
